I'm now at my mother's place. For those that would like the land line to speak to me here, I'm more than happy to provide it off list, however, my cell doesn't get reception here.

James and I made it through Denver today and had lunch with a brother! (93 Brother...Thanks so much for lunch!) And then went and had a root beer float with my older sis Desiree. She rocks so hard. :D

Then... it was on the road to bum fuck Nebraska. I really felt fine when we got here. It wasn't until the sun started setting and I was engaging in conversations around the dinner table about the church pie social and how disappointed they are in < insert person A's choice here >, listening to my dog cry out on the porch... that I started feeling it. I am not me here. I knew I wouldn't be. I knew that this was going to be a "temporary uncomfortable" until I find work and a place in Denver. I am still going through a bit of growing pain. I miss home, and people, and sex, and drinking without having the empties counted, and letting my dog roam around, and... it's only the first night.

I really should be less and more critical to a degree. A.) It's bound to happen. The first night of a big new change.... GONNA fucking blow. However... (B.) I knew from previous experience what this was going to be like. Exactly what it was going to be like. And I chose to do it. Fucking saddle up! SRSLY. It isn't forever and I am blessed to have a temporary place to go... with people who love me so very much and who will put up with and support my ass until I can put up with and support it myself!

And Mama made Chicken n' Noodles. If this sounds "so what" to you... you obviously don't know my Mama!!

I know I don't come on here often... but big news is worthy of an LJ post.

In a nutshell.. I'm moving to Denver. I'm outa work, outa money, outa time.... and the place I just moved is being sold.

I'd previously thought of moving to Denver... but stayed for... well... Love. Now... even though I'm still very much in love.... the circumstances are such that this seems to be my best option.

I'm going to be staying with my mom in Nebraska about 3 hours out of Denver until I get a job.

I'm really very excited. Sad to leave.. but excited.

So... on that note... I don't know anyone from Ad Astra Oasis. Talk to me brothers and sisters! I want intros! :)

Um.. well... I can't afford my apartment anymore. My hours are cut at work, and my rent was just raised. So.... if anyone in the Los Angeles area has a room for rent for around 500 or 600 bucks, that would be really super! I can scrape by till I find a place, but just cant afford the cool ass apartment anymore! Sucks.

I've been at my family's for a few days for many reasons... but... that is not what I came to tell you about.

I was hiding out in my Mother's study, because everyone was asleep, and I needed to think and read. I looked on her shelf and saw each book of the The Bible separately bound, so I picked up Revelations for some interesting reading. Upon opening the cover I saw, written on the inside, the following words:

"No Megan - We are not in the 'End Times' yet, but they are coming. Upon my death, this book belongs to Megan."

So many things to say.

I have this sweet grey cat that I took in because my friend had to leave her home, and couldn't keep him. I'm horribly allergic to him, and he's upset because I'm never home!

Friday, I had a job interview. Maybe soon I will work with people that don't make me want to pull out my hair!!

Friday evening there was a wonderful mass at Blue Horizon.

Saturday, was.... frustrating. But... productive.

Sunday's Mass at LVX was amazing! I was surprised at the turnout, but was all the more please that it went so very well!

And I got em' keeses! I like em' keeses!

I'm trying to lose some weight and get in shape (AAAA-gin) But that's ok. I'm like Harry Potter. I know I can because I ALREADY HAVE! BWAHAHAHA!

Anyway, For the last week I've barely eaten anything that wasn't healthy. I'm cooking more, and not eating CRAP. For several weeks I've been exercising more, and am drinking considerably less liquid bread. (Ah.... the beer... so mean to me!!)

AND... I've lost 5 pounds!! WOOO HOOO!!

The greatest thing about that is hearing it. Today a coworker commented that it looked like I'd lost weight. Even though 5 pounds is hardly noticeable to the eye, it's those sorts of comments that keep me motivated!

I am sooooo gonna get smecksi again! WATCH! WATCH ME DO IT!! BWAHAHAHA!
